So what brings you back to class?
I continuously return to class because number 1 it's good for my body, number 2 the instructor Kym is highly motivating. She's committed to it and she inspires you. When you watch her you can see that she puts her all in it!

I come back weekly because I believe that this is a awesome exercise. We get a chance to go through a endurance progress from start to finish. You can see the transformation in our bodies. Were sweating, were pouring out! Were giving maxium effort here because of our instructor Kym. She's excellent.

I love attending Kym’s cycling class in the Laurel LA Fitness on Wednesday’s. I’d love to enjoy her class every Wednesday morning. I wish she offered more classes Friday and weekend mornings. Kym is very motivating and super enthusiastic throughout the class! She gets our whole bodies moving and I always feel great afterwards. The music and the moves are upbeat and fun! I attend a few different cycling classes and her class is one of my favorites! She really puts her full energy into the classes making her personality shine. She is friendly and approachable. Overall a great class for anyone— I highly recommend for all beginners or advanced!

I can not say enough about Kym's cycle class! It's basicall a full body workout in 50 minutes! Kym includes upper body strengthening into her class with push ups and arm exercises, while continuously reminding us to engage our core! And to top it all off, she plays great music to keep you going! I highly recommend this cycle class.
